Hidden behind the bakery — slower, deeper, warmer. This is the soulful heart of Janine. A space for breakfasts, long lunches, and dinner gatherings, all centered around our open wood-fired oven. Menu inspired by Italian-American comfort food, built with local Dutch ingredients and thoughtful sourcing. Opening 26 January.
